It didn't shut off like it's supposed to when the water gets hot.We ended up returning it and getting something else.
Things that would have been nice to know before installing:
1) Do not use tools - a hand tightened installation is sufficient -- and tools will overtighten.
2) There is a *tiny* slip of paper in the instructions that says remove the rubber washer in the plumbing pipe. We missed that the first time.
3) The product comes with teflon tape. You don't need to buy a separate roll like we did.
